RA Authorization Guide

Step 1: Click Account

Step 2: Click RA Requests

Step 3: Click Initiate RA

Step 4: Fill out RA Quantity, Reason for RA, Description, Include Photo of Damage

Step 5: Click Submit RA Request

Once reviewed, our team will determine the best resolution. 

Depending on the situation, we may either issue a credit or provide a Return Authorization (RA) for the item.

Due to the nature of fashion jewelry, slight variations in color, plating, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
