How many days do I have to report damaged merchandise?
Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Items reported after the 7-day window may not be eligible for credit.
I have a defective Item, what should I do?
If you receive a defective item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
Showroom Purchase:
Please email RA@goldenstella.com with the following information:
• Invoice number
• Item number
• Photo of the damaged item
• Invoice number

Online Purchase:
• Under "My Account" click on "RA Requests"
• Upload images of damaged item.

Once reviewed, our team will determine the best resolution. Depending on the situation, we may either issue a credit or provide a Return Authorization (RA) for the item.
If a return is required, we will provide an RA number and step-by-step return instructions. Please note that returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Due to the nature of fashion jewelry, slight variations in color, plating, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
Can I bring damaged items to the Golden Stella Showroom?
You are welcome to bring damaged items to the Golden Stella showroom if they fall within our RA policy.
However, we recommend contacting us first at RA@goldenstella.com with your order number, item number, and a photo of the item so our team can review the issue and assist you more efficiently.
During busy market periods, we may not be able to process Return Authorizations (RAs) in person unless the issue was reported in advance and an RA has already been approved.
What if an item is missing from my order?
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please email RA@goldenstella.com with your order number and item number, and our team will review the order and assist you with a credit if applicable.
Can I return unsold merchandise?
At this time, Golden Stella does not accept returns for unsold merchandise.
Do credits expire?
Credits issued by Golden Stella do not expire and may be used toward any future order.
